Gettin Fit with Jenn WOD


It might be frosty outside but it was HOT HOT HOT in the Gym today. I love Sundays at the Gym. The place is always dead. It's the best day to workout in my opinion. I had the Gym all to myself almost the whole time I was there today. Today was Back day. It's my favorite body part to train. I always feel so strong and beastly on Back day.

What is your favorite Training Day?

Workout Break down is as follows.

warm up

  • Kettlebell swings

  • Speed Rope

  • Battle rope drills

Working sets

  • Bent over reverse grip row 4 x 10

  • Bent over wide grip barbell row 4 x 10

  • Cable Rope Close grip row 4 x 10

  • Kettlebell Clean and Press 4 x 10 per arm

  • Single arm Incline high row 4 x 10 per arm

  • Box Jump overs for some extra ab work and to get the heart rate up a bit. 4 x 20.
